- Manage full cycle recruiting process for our organization ensuring: Sourcing, shortlist and hire suitable candidates.
- Handle joining formalities and employee orientation.
- Employee engagement.
- Escalate to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance or issue.
- Conduct exit interviews and record them.
- Issue Offer, Relieving Letters
- Handle Employment Verification
- Follow up with consultants about time sheets
- Coordinate on employee on-boarding and off boarding process.
- Perform Background check and drug tests.
- Contracts management
