Job Description:

  • Manage full cycle recruiting process for our organization ensuring: Sourcing, shortlist and hire suitable candidates.
  • Handle joining formalities and employee orientation.
  • Employee engagement.
  • Escalate to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance or issue.
  • Conduct exit interviews and record them.
  • Issue Offer, Relieving Letters
  • Handle Employment Verification
  • Follow up with consultants about time sheets
  • Coordinate on employee on-boarding and off boarding process.
  • Perform Background check and drug tests.
  • Contracts management

 

Desired candidate profile: 

Eligibility: (B.Tech/B.E/MBA)

Experience: 1-2Yrs.

Salary: As per the Company Norms

Industry: IT-Software / Software Services
